Ella Robinson, a talented young artist and recent graduate of the Royal College of Art, celebrates colour, pattern and an unusual range of textile materials in her creations of one-off artisanal pieces.
Drawing inspiration from the colours of an urban environments and the textures of a coastal one, Ella works with beautifully weathered driftwood, combining rough with smooth and natural tones with bright hues.
Ella Robinson's most important exhibitions thus far have been Talking Textiles at Ventura Lambrate, Milan (during Salone del Mobile) and 6 Hands at The Aram Gallery in London.
Don’t you just love how these pieces are styled with an urban edge? Isn’t Ella’s work exquisite?
Thank you to Elle Decoration for the introduction!
