World famous fashion & celebrity illustrator David Downton is well known for his work for Vogue and a regular at the couture shows. He possesses a style which is deceptively simple, elegantly classical, yet highly contemporary. David is also a guest blogger for Vogue [hello, dream job!] and recently appointed The Fashion Artist in Residence at Claridge's, a job which requires making a series of drawings capturing some of the hotel's most sublime guests, who thus far have included SJP, DVF and DVT… tough life indeed. And immensely inspiring!
