Morning Monday! A new week starts again, but last Thursday saw the opening of the Design For Food exhibition at the Freeworld Design Centre. 4 pods, specifically created to showcase the talent of local designers, are permanent features at Freeworld. This exhibition featured food artistry by Tina Bester of Queen of Tarts, Maranda Engelbrecht in collaboration with Gerda Genis, Jacques Erasmus of Hemelhuijs, and Luke Dale Roberts of Test Kitchen in collaboration with Casamento.
Each pod represents the unique perspective of these local designers and their individual takes on the art of food.
